No, because membership is purely on individual basis and only your travel will qualify for accrual of King Miles into your account. You may however have your family and friends enrolled as explained earlier.

King Miles would be valid for at least 3 years from the date of accrual.

Yes, you will get a replacement card at a charge of 200 King Miles, which will be debited from your account or you may even opt to pay Rs.200/- payable by Cheque/DD in favour of Kingfisher Airlines Limited.(King Club A/C)

Yes, King Club is a fully web enabled programme - suited to meet your needs - at a time convenient to you. You can access your account online at any time.

You may change your membership profile online. However any changes to the name of member will be required to be communicated to us in writing and have to be supported with valid documents for proof of identity, i.e. passport copy, marriage certificate etc.

These are the tiers or levels of membership within the King Club and in ascending hierarchy ranks - Red, Silver, and Gold. The higher your tier, the more the benefits and privileges.

Once you enrol, you need 3 qualifying flights on Kingfisher Class or a single flight on Kingfisher First to in a calendar year reach the King Red tier. You would get upgraded to King Silver if you completed 30 flights in all or 10 flights on Kingfisher First in a calendar year; whichever is earlier. To attain King Gold, you would need to complete 60 flights in all or 20 flights on Kingfisher First in a calendar year; whichever is earlier.

Tier levels are valid for a period of one calendar year.

1) Complete 25 flights in all OR 10 flights on Kingfisher First in a calendar year to retain King Silver status
2) Complete 50 flights in all OR 20 flights on Kingfisher First in a calendar year to retain King Gold status .

If you do not complete the criteria to retain your King Silver or King Gold status, you would then be downlisted to the next lower tier.

All flights taken 6 months prior to your enrolment will be credited with King Miles applicable for each sector of travel, on submission of relevant boarding cards/flight details with PNR .  For all Partners, Partner King Miles may be claimed only from the date of the alliance or 6 months from the date of travel/transaction, whichever is later.

Yes you can, provided you are able to support your claim with your Boarding card or PNR, along with the flight details. You may also submit your claims online.  For all partner Airlines, the claims must be supported by the original boarding pass and tickets..

No, code share flights operated by Deccan are not eligible for earning King Miles. 

No, King Miles cannot be redeemed for the flights operated by Deccan. 

Yes, but that will attract a charge of 200 Miles for changes in date and 500 Miles for any other change. However please bear in mind, any changes or cancellations can be affected only up to 72 hours and 2 hours before the flight respectively, after which King Miles will be forfeited if not utilized.

Yes,  as per normal standards and the same are payable by credit card or cash at the time of booking the reward. 

Yes, you need to accrue at least 10,000 King Miles before you can redeem a King Reward for the first time.
